We provide servicing and repairs to any make or model, household or domestic machine (not industrial). Just drop your machine in at any time.

A service costs £49.00, which involves the machines being completely stripped, cleaned out, polished, and oiled, and we guarantee it will be running as good as it was when you first had it.

If we find any problems along the way, e.g. broken parts, we will let you know and we provide free quotes so there are no unexpected charges.

We stay on top of the machines as much as we can so a quick turn around (1 week) can usually be expected. We can also provide a same day turn around on machines, as long as we don't encounter any issues, just call us up and book in a day you wish to have the machine done (subject to availability).

We also visit quilt groups and can provide PAT tests and service machines same day, we will also bring lots of goodies and fabrics for the groups at a discounted price.

We have put sewing machines in to many schools in our local area and we also visit them yearly to do an annual service.
